My boy 1 month 15 days old . he is suffering from cough specially in neck . he can't feed and crying very much in evening. He is taking medicines since 18 sep but has no benefit. Please guide what to do..

Try giving steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block,and paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
