Hi i have 3.5 years old boy he is suffering from bad cough medicine is provide by doctor is coscopin syrup but it's didnt effect much please provide me solution

If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness and dullness or refusal to feed consult your paediatrician asap for physical examination and treatment. Till then give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal blockade or increased cough on lying down.
