Baby age 7 weeks is coughing.i m giving mucolite but its not helping. Today is Sunday and doctor is not available.he is not able to sleep. Please suggest.

Nasal secretions and nasal blockage are important in coughing.you have to check that your baby's nose is not blocked used frequently saline nasal drops to keep patent your baby's nostrils. As your baby small I would not in favour to suggest any cough syrup. you have to hold your baby in upright position in case of she is having cough bouts
