On 14th Aug evening I suddenly started having pain in my left ear. It continued till 16th morning. On 17th evening I started having headache again. Today I feel fullness in my ears. Pain in my head and cough. Should I give it time to cure by itself or is it something to worry? Please help.

Upper respiratory tract infections when left unattended cause the infection to ascend to the middle ear. Causing ASOM. It can be dealt with by proper antibiotics. If left unattended at this stage can lead to further complications. Kindly consult with proper history for better management.

No its an upper respiratory infection which can sometimes affect the ears. Hope there wasn't an ear discharge or we are looking at ASOM as well. Currently you need to be put in medicines for the infection which will treat it. COVID-19 test should confirm the aetiology as well.
