After nebulization of budesonide and levsalbutamol for 3 days the cough 95% subsided , but next day the cough started again ..,...what to do ? Can I continue nebulization untill the 100% releif from cough ? How many days ? Does corticosteroid harm baby for more uses ?

Yes u can give for 2 more days...corticosteroids locally that is by inhalation route won't have much of side effects specially for such a short course
