Hi, 15 days back i visited doctor for Cough and cold for my son. He suggested Relenet and Alex for 3 days. Afterwards he was fine. Now again he is having same problem. Please suggest me what i can do? Shall i continue with same medicine for next 3 days or no need.

Hello if its recurred then higher doses of antibiotics may be required and upper respiratory tract infection should be ruled out dont try with the older medications without instructions bettr to get your child examined consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
