My 8 months baby has been suffering from cough and cold since the time he returned back from his native place. Consulted nearby pediatrician who prescribed levolin nebulisation for 5 days. Now the cough and cold are minimal but has runny nose couple of times a day. Sir, one more thing that while sleeping (breathing) he makes some wierd sound. I suspect he still has bulgum in chest. Kindly suggest me whether i should extend levolin nebulisation for few more days or should i change doctor and consult. One more query i do have is whether nebulisation has any ill effect on baby's health. Pediatrician has asked me to give nebulisation thrice a day. Kindly advice.
