Dear doctor, My daughter 5 months old now. She have cough and phlegm sound about 5 days. I bring her see doctor 3 days ago, doctor told me no medicine for infant. May I know what can I do for her to reduce her cough or phlegm? Appreciate your help

Don't be panic Just add  Nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 3 times a day for 2days Change ur feeding position Always keep ur baby upright during feeding Don't feed ur baby in sleeping position Burf well for atleast 10 min after each and every feed And if mild fever with cough Then x Add  wikoryl drops 0.5 ml twice a day for 3 days
