Dear Dear parents,.    Your child is suffering from cold coryza & cough, give him following treatment Syp vomikind one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 3days empty stomach. After half hour give something to eat and than give syrup Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon once a day for 5days. Syp Wikoryl Ds one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. Syp Axalin half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.
