I m 19 weeks pregnant suffering from cough and cold from last 2 weeks concerned my gyn, done with whatever he has prescribed, done with all kind of home remedies still no relief. Can't able to sleep due to blocked nose. Just wanted to knw is nasivion drops are safe to use. Tia
