I am taking hot water steam/vapor inhale for cold. What is the correct way of taking vapor ? Is it through nostril only? Or nostril and mouth both ? I also got cough along with cold. Does steam inhale helps with cough as well ?

You can use steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil with both nose n mouth.  Two times before meals. MONTE lc one at night for 7 days. Type of coughing??? Dry Girilinctus Wet Ambrodil s 5ml twice n 10 ml at night. Azee500 one per day after food for five days.

Take steam in after inhaling  deeply, it should be for 2 to 5 minutes. One can take steam from nose and mouth both, turn by turn for few moments. Take tab cetrrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Syp chericof cough formula 5ml every 8hours for 5 days. Tab amoxy clauvalanic acid 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days..
