Hi sir / madam ,
My sistet suffering from cough and cold since 2 days , I think this is the seasonal effect but heavy cough gets stomach pain and abdominal pain. Is it get any problems ? Or it is normal ?

We need to evaluate the cough.
For certain type of cough she might need antibiotics also.
As of now, give her a tab. Monticope-A twice a day after food.

Severe cough causing stomach pain during coughing can be due to Pharyngitis (throat infection) or Bronchitis. Antibiotic needs to be taken for both; if it is Bronchitis, a bronchodilator is added. Cough suppressant may be useful. Salt water gargling after food intake can soothen the throat and decrease cough intensity.
