Hello doctor my 2.10 year old daughter is suffering from severe cough and cold it has been more than 15 days..the doctor had advised vetronil ..2nd bottle in progress but of no ise. She has lot of phelgm. She is sneezing as well. Can you please advise an alternative. I got a urine test dengue test and chest x ray everything looks fine and clear.the doctor advised 3 days of nebulisation still there is no improvement at all

Hello.. Well it seems like you are telling that she is suffering from acute respiratory infection..It's better to continue the nebulization and also give her mucolytic syrup for it..She may also require steroid ..I would suggest you to meet a paediatrician again...Thank you
