My son is 2  1/2 year old suffering from cough and sneezing from last night i have Maxtra syrup can i give him for the above problem and for cough i need to give another cough syrup with Maxtra.

Maxtra contains anti allergic drugs may not resolve cough properly. Please avoid self medications as that may leads to dangerous consequences. Please visit paediatric consultant for proper diagnosis and medications.

Kindly don't self medicate. As a pediatric patient his medications are administered based on his weight and only then it should be given.
