My baby having cough, sneezing & running nose. By mistake I have given sinarest 5ml dose day & night. How much is safe dose of sinarest for 1year old baby ,my baby weight is 8.5 kg

I guess you have given Sinarest syrup ( not drops). Syrup- normallly 2.5 ml is given as dose, two or three times a day. The medicine makes child more sleepy. Generally they tolerate the dose. It won’t be a major problem.
