Hi, I had been diagnosed with costochondritis pain last year by this time. I had consulted two different orthopedics and had the medicines they prescribed. Pain was much better. However, again the pain has arrived after an year and this time it's more on the back side than the front chest part. Could you please suggest anything?

Take Anti -inflammtory medicine and diclofenac spray for local application and cold fomentation
