Costochondritis or Tietze syndrome

This started 4-5 years back my right chest's 2 rib was hurting and there was a swelling which comes and goes i used tO smoke also that time i had some allergy in my throat also but my gp said its normal just asked me to apply some volini with heat application so it went but the pain comes and goes got an xray done also It was normal but again i have pain at same spot which goes to my hand but no such swelling what should i do for this Is it something serious

Try physiotherapy Should be ok in few days Also get x ray rib cage done to rule out any other pathology Apply ice packs Regards
