I have been having regular constipation problems from the age of 12-13. My current age is 34. It always takes 25- 45 mins for stool passing right from the time I remember passing stools. The strain has caused me acute to chronic anal fissures with lot of painful and bleeding anal lumps. can homeopathy be of help?
