Cortical thinning in kidney

My mother recently underwent surgery for diverticulitis.her CT scan was done recently and it says that there is mild cortical thinning in the kidneys and irregularity with mild stranding of perinephric fat .her creatinine serum level is 0.73 .is it very serious condition ?

It’s showing mild kidney infection. Please consult your doctor for further history taking and treatment.
