The picture which you have shared shows conjunctival congestion only. Cornea seems to be clear on photo. Corneal fluorescein staining is done to rule out viral Keratitis. Active viral Keratitis can be easily differentiated from corneal scar due to previous injury. The picture drawn by the ophthalmologist shows presence of nummular scar/ SPKs on the cornes
Next Steps
Viral Keratitis needs treatment for long duration, continue the same treatment, if possible get a physical consultation from a cornea specialist
