Sir/Madam my son got a corn under left leg toe. He is just 2yrs9mnths old. Doctor suggested Aqueria HF for 10 days and antibiotic syrup. They suggested a minor surgery to remove that corn if it was not cured with the cream. Is it ok to use that cream for my toddler?

At this age, corn is uncommon and it is often a wart or callus.
Next Steps
Use the cream only as prescribed and on the small area.If it doesn’t improve in a week then  get it re-examined by an orthopedist. Minor removal is safe.
Health Tips
Avoid cutting it at home

Aqueria-HF is a keratolytic cream and short-term use can be safe if applied only on the lesion, once daily and avoiding surrounding normal skin, but it should be used very cautiously in toddlers and stopped if redness burning or pain increases antibiotic syrup is usually not needed unless there are signs of infection like discharge, spreading redness, or fever minor surgery should not be rushed most such lesions improve with pressure relief soft footwear, avoiding tight shoes careful topical treatment, and time
