Corn removal Ayurvedic (Agni karma)

Hi, I have reoccurrence of hard corn on my heel after getting it removed through surgical procedure. Im looking if I can try Agni karma. However, I wanted to know if the skin would regrow there after this procedure? If so, how long in my case? Are there any other treatments as well in Ayurveda for removal?
