Core decompression

I had avn and the doctor did core decompression for that. The doctor did only the drill part and I have read on internet that it is followed with bone grafting. What should I do. Will the drill in the bone will get filled naturally or should I talk this to the doctor.

Ya holes get filled automatically.. But can't predict improvement in AVN
