My NT scan and double marker showed low risk for Down Syndrome but Quadruple test showed an increased risk (1:50). I got an early anomaly scan at 17 weeks and it showed no markers for Down syndrome. What tests should I get further?

So quadruple marker showing high risk is your concern! Did you do 4D ultrasound for anomaly? And if its normal we are on the brighter side. If you can afford Please go for a NIPT , which is a blood test!
Next Steps
If NIPT is negative dont worry! If NIPT is positive you may have to go for amniocentesis which is testing your amniotic fluid to see whether your baby has got downs syndrome. Please feel free to connect to talk about it.

Sensitivity for double markers + good NT scan - for aneuploidy- 90 to 94 % Sensitivity for quadruple markers -  80 to 84 % Why did u go for quadruple if ur have low risk for double makers. It is not recommended. U can share ur detailed report of quadruple markers to know which marker is raised that elevates the risk. NIPT - 96 to 99 % Amniocentesis- 100 % (definite test)
