If there is any problem while continuous walking , there can be either muscle weakness and muscle imbalances! Also your lean body mass is lesser with age if you have never done weight training in life ! Please do get your calcium and vitamn D3 checked ! Hi Walking and gait problems can be common at this age. Please get your calcium and D3 levels checked. Along with that you should get your whole body check done to see if the reports are okay or not. Based on that we can proceed further.
