Continuous pain in left lower 4-5 Ribs.

Pain in lower right ribs about a year ago, which went away after a week to 10days. Now for past couple of months pain in right lower rib. Hurts even when breathing, coughing. Unbearable pain.

It is sprain in d ligament at intercostal(rib) level...Ultrasonic therapy n hot fomentation Adviced...If it is unbearable pain den get x-ray done to rule out fracture
