Continuous knee pain

Two MRIs attached , in one MRI shows partial ACL tear and in second MRI shows patellar tendon tear , what is the exact problem , presently having continous knee pain with pain while sitting Cross legged , using Indian toilet , using stairs etc . kindly suggest !!!

• Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

If you have instability and weakness of knee then think in terms of ACL. If only pain, then it may be due to patellar tendon etiology.
