I m G3P1L1A1.1st is a girl,5yr old(FTND).2nd :16th week , bleeding ,usg-massive pleural effusion,so mtp done on march2016.Now I m 14 week pregnant.last week NT SCAN done.nt=4.8mm,nasal born present.WHAT MAY BE THE REASON?WHAT TO DO NEXT
