Continuous frothy urine

My creatinine one on 2nd july was 1.38. From past one week im continuously having frothy urine and my urine smells like medicine. No new medicine except nefrosafe that was prescribed. Urine infection meds antibiotics all finished taking more than a month ago. Kindly advice.
