Please review the attached report. My niece name harshita age 18 years suffering from recurring fever since last 9-10 months with abdominal pain and weight loss of 8-10 kgs in 7-8 months and also abdominal pain occassionally. Tb gold test negative, MRI abdomen attached. Please review

Disseminated tuberculosis. TB gold can be false negative. What about other blood reports?? AFB ? CBNAAT? CBC?? ESR??
