My wife is continuously bleeding after 6 months of normal delivery. Observed no other pains or cramps. This bleeding started from the past two months, even after consulting the doctor and with prescribed medicines unable to stop the bleeding, please suggest what needs to be done , is this worrying or normal ?

Bleeding for 2 months is definitely not normal You need investigation to find out the reason rather than a random prescription Go fr an  urgent ultrasound
