I am having continue belching and while lyng down I have pressure in chest and throat and heart beat 95 feel heart beat in whole body sometimes. Already Consultant with cardiologist said that ECG normal Note:I had affected by covid 2 month before with home isolation mild symptoms and i am 27age old

It's due to Gastritis.. Take antacid medicine  for few days Avoid  spicy foods,tea,coffee.
