Continue antibiotics if side effect ??

I am having gastritis problem from 2 months Doctor prescribed me Amoxicillin Bd with PPI and pre - probiotic As i am allergic to antibiotics After taking Amoxicillin 1st dose it causes me little  fever with  non stop stomach burning sensation at morning Should i stop antibiotic or continue ?
