Yes you can take ...but if you are planning for pregnancy ..it will show later complications like premature delivery...low birth weight...cancer ... Smoking and alcohol  will weak your uterus ...which will cause so many problem like ovary cancer,stomach cancer,pancreatic cancer .. Better avoid smoking and alcohol in coming days like covid its very difficult ..it also affect your lung ...if you get covid it worse more ..so be careful..
