Hello i want to know that for a chronic problem which i have of nasal polyps deviated septum i should take medicine with high potency or low med potency one doctor takes full case history but less exp and another with 30 plus exp does not take cqse study but give medicines to 50 people per day and have 5 branch and he give only one power med to qll patients 1m
