Sir, I have small lumps under my skin of size of about soyabean It doesn't pain neither it is effecting my daily life but whatever thing is that i want to have specific treatment for it so that they dissolve inside It show some symptoms of lipoma

First of all for any swelling we have to donultrasound to know nature if swelling. In your case you said its a lipoma then . Lipoma are basically not dangerous at all.. we have to remove this swelling only if its size increases or it is painful.. otherwise let it be there it will not cause any harm..
