I need your guidance regarding my braces problem. Braces were removed 2 yrs ago and I was using retains for past 7 months but for 3 weeks I stopped using it and my teeth are protruding forward. I mean they are not stabilised. So what can be done now???

Hello If tumour wore the retainers as your dentist said and still the problem is persisting consult your doctor
