I had thyroid for last 6 yrs and have been regularly taking thyronorm. However in between i was taking 75 mcg but now I am taking 50 mcg. I had recently got my tests done. Now my tsh is around 11. Also my iron and hemoglobin is low. My weight keeps on fluctuating. Please help I should increase it to 75 mg? And what else should I take.

It's required to see your past medical history. Better to talk tp doctor. And clear your query. You should go for repeat thyroid profile.
