My 3 month old son has cold and chest congestion. Please advise what to do. We have given him cold drops and antibiotic drops as suggested by the doctor, but no improvement. It is raining heavily in Delhi NCR for a week, so weather is very bad for allergies.

if persistent chest congestion nd no response from antibiotics ..better to revisit to pediatrician.... may be nebulization needed
