dinner 7-8pm.
Eat healthy wholesome diet.. chapati/ bharati, sabji, daal rice, salad
1spoon cow ghee with warm water @ night
Soak 8-10 black raisins overnight and have raisins along with water in the morning .
Regular exercise.
