Dear parents,         Consult a surgeon to rule out anal fissure. Till then give.     Syp lactulose (Duphalac). 2to3 teaspoon ful once at night time. Ointment sucral ano locally 3to4times.in anus with applicator. Tab superspas one tab twice a day for 5days.. Tab zenflox oz twice a day for 5days.
