I am using karakaya churnam for constipation since one week.but I am giving feeding to my boy.is karakaya lower the breast milk.how many days I would continue this churnam for constipation.my breast milk is lowered what I have to do.using this churnam ,i reliefed from constipation.please tell me the solution
