Recently from one week I have been facing this constipation problem with heartburn and increasing BP, from one year, I have been facing heart burn problem and vitamin b12 deficiency. When I take b12 injection things will be normal for 1 or 2 days and again it starts heartburn, constipation and sometimes diarrhea.
