My daughter is 1.6 yr old. She is having severe constipation for last few days. I am giving her fibre rich food, fruits, warm water etc. But nothing works. Every time she tries to pass stool, she cries badly. The poop is also very dry and hard. Local paediatrician prescribed Relux syrup 2 times a day. I am giving her this for last 5 days. But her condition is not improving. She has not passed for last 2 days. But she has the tendency. What to do plz suggest. I am worried.
