I have severe constipation from 10 days & have piles aswell. I am pregnant of 10 weeks . Doctor has advised to take cremmafin syrup, tab ceffixime, protupdyl ointment & yesterday night instead of cremating syrup I had dulcolax tablet but still the motion didn't break

U hv consult ur doctor Might need enema . High Fibre diet Plenty of fluids Regular walk n exercise

how much ml do u take? taking tablet alone doesnt help you need to have chances in your diet pattern also. take high fiber diet nd drink plenty of water. if you are taking 5ml ducolex syrup increase it to 10 ml.

Increase your water intake, prefer warm High fibre content Take duphalac chews easily available How much cremaffin syrup do u take ? You need 15 ml with water . For piles apply sitcom ointment it will ease discomfort
