I'm having constipation since few weeks and also, there's a small lump at the edge of the anus making it painful. There's no bleeding but it's a but painful. Any suggestions please?

Painful swelling at the anal edge could be an external hemorrhoids.It becomes more painful if it gets thrombosed or congested.Avoid constipation by drinking adequate water ,high fibre diet and using stool softener.Locally you can apply pilex ointment twice daily .
