I had an issue in passing the hard stools initially, when it starts passing painfully then it becomes soft. And due to which sometimes bleeding is also there. Can i cure it at home by using home remedies?

High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits sprouts etc to constitute over 60% of total diet. Plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc in between two meals.
Next Steps
bleeding without significant pain would mean piles.
