Constipation is of different types.
Little more clarification needed such as consistency of stool, frequency, urge, straining etc. Depending upon these clarification medicine can be prescribed.
However, till you clarify further take fibres with laxatives. Do exercise and jogging. Plenty of water as you are already on. Take time for defecation, don't be in hurry and do not strain during defecation. Best of luck.
