Constipation during pregnancy

I m 16 weeks pregnant but i am feeling very heavy. I can't fresh out properly. There urge to but the result is zero. Pls guide me what will i do to treat it. I can't eat anything. Bcoz of constipation.

Try syrup cremaffin. Increase fruits and vegetables in diet. If small amount of stools also don't come, consult your doctor about an enema.

Increase water and fluid intake. Eat lots of fruits and salads. Decrease tea / coffee intake. If this doesn’t help then connect for prescription

Constipation is common in pregnancy.... Drink lots of watwer... Eat more green vegetables, moong Dal, warm water intake in the morning and for the medical prescription... U l hav to consult

It's common to have constipation during pregnancy...need not to give pressure at defecation.... Can use stool laxatives which are safe in pregnancy and have lot of fiber diet...and plenty of liquids...
