Constipation during pregnancy

8 weeks pregnancy. Taking excessive fiber diet with 4litre water but constipation persist. Doctor advice for Syp.Duphalac but problem not solved. Excessive gas and constipation creating discomfort. Bowel got inflated as stool not passing out. Please help me.

U can increase the dose of duphalac As of now u can get an enema Done Connect with a gastroenterologist
